Location: the hotel was just next door to the center, and the Square outside. Stopped by Hollywood Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's near the venue, recommend. The staff were amicable and nice, and the double room we booked was warm. The breakfast was savoury with orange juice, homemade yoghurt, jams and frequently replenished...

We had an exceptional dining experience at the Grand Hotel Pelisson. The chef's innovative and beautifully presented dishes left us impressed. We were also pleased to find that the restaurant was open on a Monday evening, which is a rarity in the area. The service was top-notch, and the staff, including the owner, were always available. The clean and tidy room exceeded our expectations, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Despite a few minor issues, such as breakfast being basic and the shower not being impeccably clean, the overall value for money was satisfactory. We also appreciated the prompt resolution of the hot water issue and the staff's professionalism in resolving other concerns. The WiFi worked well for most purposes, although we encountered a slight disappointment with the inability to use Skype. Despite these minor setbacks, our stay at the Grand Hotel Pelisson was enjoyable and would be highly recommended.

Great staff and convenient location. The front desk employees were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near our office, so it was easy to get around. The free Wi-Fi was a nice touch, and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles in our room.
The hotel felt outdated and rundown. The carpets were stained, and the furniture was worn.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, approachable and always happy to help. The room I stayed in was basic but clean, comfortable and had a well-appointed ensuite bathroom with a hairdryer. I also appreciated the easy and ample parking facilities that were available. Finally, the continental breakfast had plenty to choose from, including a delicious cappuccino from the coffee machine.
Nothing to mention.
