Location: the hotel was just next door to the center, and the Square outside. Stopped by Hollywood Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's near the venue, recommend. The staff were amicable and nice, and the double room we booked was warm. The breakfast was savoury with orange juice, homemade yoghurt, jams and frequently replenished...

The food was local - a good choice of options. The room was big and offered central heating, an iron with ironing board, and a satellite TV.

We were also pleased to find that the restaurant was open on a Monday evening, which is a rarity in the area. The service was top-notch, and the staff, including the owner, were always available. The clean and tidy room exceeded our expectations, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Despite a few minor issues, such as breakfast being basic and the shower not being impeccably clean, the overall value for money was satisfactory. We also appreciated the prompt resolution of the hot water issue and the staff's professionalism in resolving other concerns. The WiFi worked well for most purposes, although we encountered a slight disappointment with the inability to use Skype. Despite these minor setbacks, our stay at the Grand Hotel Pelisson was enjoyable and would be highly recommended.
